Giz Agent

Agents that do the work, inside your rules.

Giz Agent uses the same Operations as the console. It can do what its user may do, and nothing more. Each change is checked, recorded, reversible and priced before it runs.

Coming In development. This is the design it ships to. Roadmap

Safe by default

  • A branch, not production

The agent works on a branch database and a preview deployment. Production data and promotion need a person's approval.

  • One-step restore

One restore returns code and data to the same point.

  • Typed edits, not file rewrites

The agent changes code through checked edit transactions and reads through outline and context. A wrong edit fails before it runs.

  • Costs shown first

The cost of each step shows before it runs. Spending caps stop it.

  • Durable runs

A run takes a lease, checkpoints and resumes on another runner after a failure.

  • The same permissions

Every tool is an Operation from one registry, with the same policy as the person.

Where agents work

  • In the console: build and change apps from a sentence (Giz Apps).
  • In your terminal: giz agent "add a due date to the todos".
  • From your own agent: the console's actions as MCP tools.
