Each GizStack service answers a health address that anyone can check. An incident that affects a service is listed below with its cause and fix.

Incident history
2026-10-13: email verification and password reset failed
New sign-ups could not verify their email, and password reset links did not work. A release did not create the table that holds account tokens. The fix creates every model table at start and a test now fails when a table is left out. No data was lost.
